TrustClickz offers a limited 30-day warranty on all products and services delivered to clients. This warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the product or completion of the service.
2. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers defects in the functionality or performance of the delivered products or completed services that are directly attributable to the workmanship of TrustClickz. This warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, external factors not within TrustClickz’s control, or client modifications.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within the 30-day warranty period. To be eligible for a refund, clients must demonstrate that the product or service is defective and that such defect is covered under this warranty. Refunds are subject to an assessment by TrustClickz to confirm the defect or issue.
4. Exclusions from Refunds
Costs related to labor, software development, or any other resources expended during the engagement are not refundable. Refunds do not cover incidental or consequential damages or losses that may arise from the use of our products or services.

Clients wishing to request a refund should contact TrustClickz’s customer service within the 30-day warranty period. Requests should include a detailed description of the issue and any relevant documentation.
